Closing Costs
The following are the usual closing costs, but these costs may vary for each transaction.
I. Cash Transaction
Charges to Seller
1. Owner's Title Insurance (Palm Beach)
2. Doc Stamps on Deed at 70 cents per $100 (Based on sales price)
3. Title Search Fee
4. Real Estate Broker Commission, if applicable
5. Pay-off Existing Mortgage/Lien(s), if applicable
6. Recording fee for satisfaction of mortgage, if applicable
7. Tax Proration: January 1 to closing date
8. Lien Search
Charges to Buyer
1. Owner's Title Insurance (Broward)
2. Update/Recertification Fees
3. Recording Fees
4. Inspection Costs: Roof and termite etc.
5. Proration of maintenance and appliance contracts, if applicable
   
II. Conventional Mortgage
Charges to Seller
1. Owner's Title Insurance (Palm Beach)
